Shipping Policies

• • We do our best to ensure your order arrives on time. However, estimated fabrication and shipping timelines are not guaranteed and there may be a number of unforeseen reasons why your items may arrive later than the estimated date. Large volume orders, issues to be resolved with your customization, or delivery to Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico may all delay the receipt of your order.
  • Because of size limitations imposed by our carriers, the maximum width for free Standard shipping is 108". Widths over 108" are available in many products, but will simply require that they ship via Freight, which incurs an additional cost. See details below under Freight Shipping.
  • You will be provided with a shipment tracking number when your order ships. Visit the carrier's website and enter the tracking number to view shipment status at any time. Some carriers may also provide shipment updates to you via email.
  • Your order may arrive in multiple packages and shipments, depending upon the type, quantity and weight of item(s) in your order. Rest assured, you will not be charged for multiple packages and shipments.
  • We cannot be responsible for shipment delays caused by inclement weather, "Acts of God", or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • View "Damages or Manufacturing Defects" in our Terms and Conditions regarding any damage caused during shipment.
  • All estimated delivery times indicated here are approximate, and are expressed in business days, excluding holidays.

Standard Ground Shipping

• • Standard: Usually arrives in 5-7 business days after fabrication is complete
  • Limited to items less than 108” in width
  • Standard shipping for customers in the 48 contiguous states is FREE!
  • Standard shipping for customers in Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico
    • FOB Destination from US Inland port
    • Contact us for shipping estimate from inland port to final destination
    • As our website cannot calculate the shipping fees, these fees will be charged separately

Freight Shipping

• • Freight: Usually arrives in 5-7 business days after fabrication is complete
  • Required for items over 108” in width
  • Freight charges will apply based on the size, type, and quantity of items in your order, plus delivery destination
  • Our website cannot calculate the shipping charges for these oversized items, but we will be happy to obtain a quote for you!
    • Place your order as usual, and select Freight as the shipping method; the shipping charges will be processed in a separate credit card transaction once the order is reviewed

Express Shipping

• • Express: Usually arrives in 1-3 business days after fabrication is complete
  • Express charges will apply based on the size, type, and quantity of items in your order, plus delivery destination 
  • Our website cannot calculate the shipping charges for Express Shiping, but we will be happy to obtain a quote for you!
    • Place your order as usual, and select Express as the shipping method; the shipping charges will be processed in a separate credit card transaction once the order is reviewed
